All of the Congress technical sessions, exhibitions and luncheons will be held in the Dubai International
Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre

The DICEC is centrally located at the heart of Dubai’s key business district on Sheikh Zayed Road and forms
part of the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).


It is less than ten minutes from the Dubai International Airport, major shopping malls, golf courses and the beach. The 7,703 sqm column-free Sheikh Rashid Hall is the Centre’s principal venue for large events. Configured as an auditorium, Sheikh Rashid Hall provides 2,500 retractable tiered seats, an additional 2,000 seats on the flat, 10 interpretation booths, two green rooms and three backstage offices.

Four adjacent meeting halls offer space for a further 2,000 attendees. Alternatively, Sheikh Rashid Hall can be sub-divided into six large meeting rooms which together can accommodate up to 6,500 delegates.

Interlinking with the Sheikh Rashid Hall is the column free 3,859 sqm Sheikh Maktoum Hall, which significantly enhances the Centre’s capacity to provide adaptable solutions.




When used as a conference venue, it can be divided into four soundproof meeting rooms that seat from
600 to 750 delegates each.The hall is an ideal setting for up to 1,800 guests.DWTC hosts and organizes
some of the biggest, most significant and popular exhibitions in the region.broad, air-conditioned concourse
with a range of shops and restaurants acts as a link to the two hotels, the exhibition halls, the Sheikh Rashid
and Maktoum Halls.


The 11 interconnected, air-conditioned exhibition halls are available for lease either on an individual basis or
in a combination. The halls provide over 60,000 sq m of column-free exhibition space,
all on one level for easy access.
