A defined set of transcription factors can control cells plasticity to reprogram from one cell to another, creating opportunities for regenerative medicine. However, the strategies to detect responsible genes require special tools and investment in much time. Here, we devised a stochastic-combinatorial strategy for screening lentiviral transcription modulators inducing selectable phenotype at a single cell level. This study establishes a platform for target-specific screening of combinatorial transcription modulators in primary cell types to study various disease models. |
