Title: CHANGING LANDSCAPE OF COMPUTATIONAL BIOLOGY

New sequencing technologies have enabled a wealth of new biomedical applications and promise to revolutionize medicine. In this session I will highlight some of the challenges associated with the computational analysis required to decipher biology from genome sequences and related data that is accumulating at incredible speed.
I will also describe some of the computational methods associated with technologies such as ChIP-Seq and RNA-Seq that enable an incredible look into cellular activity.
